Scared of people becoming too cruel? Ever felt like drowning because no one’s there for you? Saddened about people changing too much?
If you answered yes to all these questions, I guess you’re starting to lose faith in humanity.
Then again, it begins with you.
It begins with your example, as you restore other people’s faith in humanity. It begins with your heart, as you learn to forgive those who were cruel to you. It begins with your brain, as you learn to fortify those who were there for you, as well as with your soul, as you learn to fight for your loved ones.
In turn, other people will learn to forgive those who were cruel to them. Other people will also learn to fortify those who were there for them. Other people will even learn how to fight for their loved ones. Other people will restore your faith in humanity by being an example themselves.
And just like you, it will begin with them.
That being said, here’s one great way to restore other people’s faith in humanity:
For most people, smiling is only reserved for when they are happy or feeling joyful. But you know what? Smiling can also be done for when you feel sad or feeling depressed. And you know what? Smiling during these times is the sincerest form of faith in humanity. That no matter what happens in life, you can still see the good things. That no matter what others have done to you, you can still believe that there are good people out there. That no matter where life takes you, you can still experience the good things.
As one might think at some point in his life: Do I need more reasons to adopt a black cat?
No, right? You just do.
Like you do, for yourself and for other people.
You simply help – and ultimately, restore other people’s faith in humanity.
